Photographing mountains in the Rockies can be almost a soothing experience – when the conditions are right, and on this morning, the conditions were definitely right. The soft flowing patterns over the snow, the crisp frost, the chill in the air, and the dramatic peaks breaking through all of that calmness. There’s always a feast for the eyes in places like this, and the photography comes naturally. Finding some tracks leading to this view only reaffirmed that I wasn’t the only one who really liked this spot!
